### Terms and Conditions: No Refund Policy for Fully Functioning Parts

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds at **AppleMacRepairs** related to the installation and functionality of parts in customer computers. By engaging in services with AppleMacRepairs, the customer agrees to these terms without exception.


1.2 **Objective**  
We strive to deliver the highest quality service and ensure all installed components meet manufacturer specifications and customer system requirements. However, this policy establishes a **no refund policy** for situations where a part is determined to be fully functional and compliant with its intended performance.

1.3 **Customer Acknowledgment**  
By agreeing to the installation of a part by AppleMacRepairs, you acknowledge that our responsibility is limited to verifying the functionality of the component and ensuring its proper installation. Once the component has been tested and confirmed as fully operational, **no refunds** will be provided for claims based solely on dissatisfaction with its performance, aesthetics, or other subjective standards.

2.1 **Fully Functioning Part**  
A “fully functioning part” is defined as a component that:  
- Operates within the technical specifications set forth by the manufacturer.  
- Demonstrates no defects, malfunctions, or installation errors at the time of service delivery.  
- Is compatible with your system and performs as intended in the context of the original repair or upgrade.

2.2 **Subjective Standards**  
Subjective standards refer to personal preferences, expectations, or non-technical concerns, including but not limited to:  
- Perceived differences in performance compared to other components or expectations.  
- Aesthetic issues unrelated to functionality (e.g., color, design, or brand of the part).  
- Dissatisfaction with performance under conditions beyond the scope of normal usage as defined by the manufacturer.

2.3 **Manufacturer Specifications**  
These are the technical standards and guidelines issued by the manufacturer that dictate the expected behavior, performance, and compatibility of the part in question.

## **3. No Refund Policy**

3.1 **Policy Enforcement**  
AppleMacRepairs will not provide refunds for fully functioning parts under any circumstances where the issue is based solely on subjective dissatisfaction or non-defective attributes of the part.

3.2 **Reasons for No Refund**  
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:  
- The customer’s dissatisfaction with performance that meets the manufacturer’s specifications.  
- A belief that the part does not meet personal expectations despite its proper operation.  
- Aesthetic or brand-related concerns that do not impact functionality.  
- Situations where the customer regrets their decision to approve the part or installation after the service has been completed.

3.3 **Exceptions**  
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:  
- A part is proven to be defective after installation, as determined by our team or the manufacturer.  
- The wrong part was installed due to an error on the part of AppleMacRepairs.  
- The part fails to meet the compatibility or functionality specifications explicitly stated by the customer prior to installation.

## **4. Warranty and Liability**

4.1 **Manufacturer Warranty**  
If a component fails after installation but is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty this will be dealt with immediately and resolved at no extra cost.

4.2 **Installation Guarantee**  
AppleMacRepairs guarantees the proper installation of all parts. If any issues are caused directly by installation errors, we will resolve them at no additional cost. However, this does not include refunds for dissatisfaction with a functioning part.


5.1 **Pre-Purchase and Pre-Installation Awareness**  
The customer bears responsibility for ensuring the selected part aligns with their system requirements and expectations prior to installation. While AppleMacRepairs offers consultation services to assist with part selection, the final decision rests with the customer.

5.2 **Acceptance of Service**  
Customers are encouraged to inspect and approve all parts prior to and immediately after installation. Once the part has been tested and verified as fully functional, the transaction is final.


## **6. Inspection and Testing Procedures**

6.1 **Functionality Testing**  
AppleMacRepairs will conduct thorough testing of the installed part to ensure it functions as intended. Customers may request to observe or participate in the testing process.  

6.2 **Post-Installation Approval**  
Before leaving the premises or accepting the device, the customer will have the opportunity to inspect the system and confirm the functionality of the installed part. Acceptance of the system constitutes acknowledgment that the service has been completed to satisfaction.

6.3 **Follow-Up Testing**  
If the customer experiences issues after leaving our premises, they must return the device for further testing. However, this does not guarantee a refund unless a defect or installation error is confirmed.


7.2 **Resolution Process**  
AppleMacRepairs will investigate the issue and provide one of the following resolutions:  
- Confirmation that the part is fully functional, in which case no refund or replacement will be issued.  
- Identification of a defect, in which case we will assist the customer in seeking a replacement or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty.  
- Offer of corrective action if the issue is determined to result from an installation error.


## **8. Limitations and Exclusions**

In cases where a customer misrepresents an issue or falsely claims a part is defective, AppleMacRepairs reserves the right to charge for additional diagnostic services and deny further claims.


## **10. Acknowledgment and Agreement**

10.1 **Customer Agreement**  
By proceeding with the purchase and installation of parts from AppleMacRepairs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document. This policy is binding and final.

10.2 **Updates to Policy**  
AppleMacRepairs reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request.
